Valentina Lanza has been working in Marketing and Communication for the Food and Beverage sector since 2005 and is an extraordinarily enthusiastic professional about her work. She is currently the Marketing and Communication Manager at FICO, the food-themed park in Bologna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before this experience, she worked for 5 years as the Marketing Manager at Gruppo Fini in Modena, where she achieved significant success with the rebranding of the two brands Fini Fresh Pasta and Le Conserve della Nonna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has always been a curious observer of digital trends and new media, also to understand their impact on people\u2019s choices and purchasing behavior in the Food sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to her commitment to staying constantly updated, over the years she has faced the challenges of digital transformation in Marketing and Communication in the Italian food industry companies she has worked for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She combines a strategic vision gained in the field with the desire to disseminate and share topics related to Food Communication and Marketing with students and people she meets in the classroom as well as at industry events and workshops where she participates as a speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
